The churn radar
A member's attendance, week by week. Three quiet weeks and a coach — not a robot — gets a prompt to check in. That message is the difference between a comeback and a cancellation.
Weeks trained · ✉ = "hey, we miss you" from their coach · *typical client, industry avg is ~40%

Locker-room questions
How long does it take?
A focused first release is usually four to eight weeks. We give you a date in the scope and we hold to it.
What does it cost?
Fixed price, quoted against a written scope. Most first projects land between $8k and $40k depending on how much is bespoke.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes — booking software, accounting, POS, whatever you already run. Replacing everything is rarely the right call.
What happens after launch?
We stay on a support retainer: fixes, small changes and hosting. You are not handed a codebase and waved off.
