βRabies recalls used to be a spreadsheet and a prayer. Now the owners book themselves β the day the reminder lands.β

What we shipped for vets
Asked over the exam table
How long does it take?
A focused first release is usually four to eight weeks. We give you a date in the scope and we hold to it.
What does it cost?
Fixed price, quoted against a written scope. Most first projects land between $8k and $40k depending on how much is bespoke.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes β booking software, accounting, POS, whatever you already run. Replacing everything is rarely the right call.
What happens after launch?
We stay on a support retainer: fixes, small changes and hosting. You are not handed a codebase and waved off.
New patient intake

in for a check-up.
Tell us your species mix and where the admin bites. Scope, price and a date come back within one working day. No cone required.
