For stores · Chicago
The shop, online, properly.
Catalogue, stock, click-and-collect and a back office that matches how you already work.
Twenty quiet minutes
Reserved online.
Picked between customers.
No courier, no packaging, no marketplace fee — the customer walks in, the bag is waiting, and half of them buy one more thing on the way to the till.
On the shelf edge
Stock that is true
One number for the shelf and the site. The oversell apology email goes extinct.
A catalogue, not a chore
Photograph once, sell everywhere — the site, Google, and the label printer.
A back office you will use
Orders, stock and takings shaped around how your shop already works.
The shop fit
Four stages. Open on the date painted on the window.
We talk
Your stock, your till, your Saturday queue. One walkthrough call.
We agree
A floor plan on one page: one price, one opening date.
We build
Weekly progress on a live link — walk the aisles as they go up.
We stay
We keep the lights on: support, updates, stocktakes.
“We sold the same skillet twice for years. Haven't apologised for an oversell since March.”

Asked at the till
How long does it take?
A focused first release is usually four to eight weeks. We give you a date in the scope and we hold to it.
What does it cost?
Fixed price, quoted against a written scope. Most first projects land between $8k and $40k depending on how much is bespoke.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes — booking software, accounting, POS, whatever you already run. Replacing everything is rarely the right call.
What happens after launch?
We stay on a support retainer: fixes, small changes and hosting. You are not handed a codebase and waved off.
